RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations on orders once they are shipped.
Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling.
Returns:
You have thirty (30) days to return an item from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them, and remain in the original packaging.
You must provide the reason for your return in your returned item’s packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We do not make any guarantees as to receipt of your returned item. Should an item get lost in transit, we will not be liable for any costs or fees, and a refund will not be initiated.
All sale items, special orders, custom items, downloadable software products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges:
You have thirty (30) days to exchange an item from the date you received them.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as they were upon delivery, and must be in the original packaging.
You must provide the reason for your exchange.
We will only provide an equal exchange where you will receive the same item as the exchanged item.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for the newly exchanged for item.

To initiate an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] and include your order number, your reason for an exchange, and your contact information.
Refunds:
Once your item is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will inspect the returned or exchanged item and notify you within 3 to 5 business days on the status of your refund or exchange after inspection.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The cost of initial shipping is not included in your refund.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges to purchasers without prior return or exchange approval.
